Very arrogant staff!

The location is fantastic, just 1 mile from Parsi Point and close to Mahabaleshwar, the cafeteria, and the valley. The rooms are clean and lovely, with incredibly comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The hotel offers an excellent variety of food.

The hotel was hosting a fortune teller inside the premises, which didn't seem like a good fit for the property. The staff guiding guests to the fortune teller was unexpected and not appreciated, as wasn't looking to take part in that sort of activity.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities such as the private facilities and exclusive restaurant. The outdoor swimming pool with its beautiful sun loungers and view of the valley added to the overall ambiance. The lovely garden area was perfect for a peaceful stroll and offered stunning scenery. The location advantages were impressive, being placed ideally between two towns with ample parking space.

I did encounter a minor issue with the service. Although the staff was mostly polite, I did notice a lack of courtesy and soul from some members.
